  • Pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

  • GST will be added to all invoices where applicable

5. Bookings and Appointments

  • We will make every effort to attend at the agreed time

6. Payment Terms

  • Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late payment fee

  • For larger projects a deposit may be required before work commences

7. Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment

  • Late cancellations or no shows may incur a call out fee

  • We reserve the right to charge for any materials already purchased for a cancelled job

8. Warranties and Guarantees

  • All workmanship is guaranteed in accordance with New Zealand consumer law

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all products and materials supplied

  • Any defects in workmanship must be reported within 12 months of completion

  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or third party interference

9. Liability
